Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and active professional license to practice in Georgia
  • Current state licensure and GA PSC credential (Professional Standards Commission – new requirement)
  • Current or eligible ASHA certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship status (CF)
  • Experience working with high school student populations preferred
  • Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel between two nearby school sites

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on your caseload
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Offer guidance and support in classroom settings to promote inclusive communication strategies
  • Maintain detailed records and progress notes to ensure compliance with educational standards
  • Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment for each student
