Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or eligibility to apply
  • Experience with pediatric populations, especially in schools, is a plus but not required
  • Comfort working in multidisciplinary teams and contributing to IEP processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting both direct therapy and indirect support services

Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs with IEP development, documentation, and report writing
  • Deliver speech and language therapy under SLP supervision
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Support assessments, progress monitoring, and planning interventions
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with school policies
