Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
- Eligibility for—or possession of—an active or pending Arkansas state license
- Skills in pediatric communication disorders and school-based intervention
- Familiarity with school-based settings, IEPs, and relevant documentation (preferred but not required)
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Commitment to providing high quality care under SLP supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs with IEP support, report writing, assessments, and treatments
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
- Support students throughout the entire school year (current and upcoming positions available)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required
- Adapt to a caseload that fits your expertise and preferences, with accommodations possible
