Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent
  • Eligibility for—or possession of—an active or pending Arkansas state license

  • Familiarity with school-based settings, IEPs, and relevant documentation (preferred but not required)
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Commitment to providing high quality care under SLP supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs with IEP support, report writing, assessments, and treatments
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
  • Support students throughout the entire school year (current and upcoming positions available)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required
  • Adapt to a caseload that fits your expertise and preferences, with accommodations possible
