  • Active or pending Arkansas licensure, or ability to obtain one
  • Experience in pediatric or school settings is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with IEPs, multidisciplinary collaboration, report writing, and treatment planning
  • Comfortable assisting with assessments, documentation, and ongoing therapy
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech Language Pathologists in providing direct and indirect services for students
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
  • Support with evaluations and the development of individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student success
  • Maintain accurate records and follow district procedures
