Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants seeking a rewarding opportunity in a school-based environment will thrive in this contract position supporting students near Dover, AR. Key Qualifications:

  • Completion of SLPA program or equivalent credentials
  • Active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of speech-language therapy for school-aged children, including support with IEPs
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed SLPs in delivering both direct and indirect therapeutic services
  • Support evaluation processes, assessments, and documentation for student progress
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
  • Aid in report writing, caseload management, and implementing treatment plans
