Key Qualifications:
- Completion of SLPA program or equivalent credentials
- Active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of speech-language therapy for school-aged children, including support with IEPs
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed SLPs in delivering both direct and indirect therapeutic services
- Support evaluation processes, assessments, and documentation for student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
- Aid in report writing, caseload management, and implementing treatment plans
