What we're seeking:

  • Active or pending Arkansas license (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Skills and experience in SLP – CCC, SLP – Pediatrics, SLP – School, SLP – CFY, SLP – Healthcare, or SLPA – School
  • Previous experience in school settings is a plus but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with pediatric populations and collaborating on IEPs and treatment plans

Key responsibilities:

  • Support SLPs with assessments, direct and indirect treatment, and documentation
  • Assist with IEP preparation, meetings, and school-based processes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
  • Engage in report writing and progress monitoring
  • Guaranteed hours are provided for both direct and indirect services
