Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or in progress of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings is advantageous
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to meet each student’s IEP goals
  • Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and parents to foster students’ academic and social success
  • Maintain detailed documentation of progress and participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute positively to the school community
