This contract opportunity is perfect for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) seeking a fulfilling and hands-on experience. With several openings available, your expertise will support young learners primarily at the pre-kindergarten and elementary levels, with some opportunities to work with students up to 22 years old.

Begin your new role as soon as possible, supporting students onsite in a specialized setting that caters to children with Autism and those with moderate to low functioning needs. Enjoy a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week throughout the school year and a 30-hour schedule during the extended school year (ESY).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year in Delaware
  • Experience or strong interest in working with special education populations, especially students with Autism or varying functional needs
  • Comfort working onsite, engaging directly with students and collaborating alongside a multidisciplinary team
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required compliance documentation
