School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dover, Delaware

This full-time, onsite contract role spans 37.5 hours per week, with positions extending immediately through the extended school year (30 hours weekly during ESY) and into the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll be working with preschool and elementary-aged children, with possible caseloads including students up to age 22. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLP license or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility in Delaware
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Skilled in AAC devices, communication strategies, and individualized therapy planning
• Comfort working within a SPED-focused setting, particularly with Autism and diverse learning profiles
• Strong collaboration skills for teaming with educators, aides, and families
• Flexibility to support varying age groups, primarily PK/elementary, but potentially up to age 22

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy onsite to students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in meetings
• Adapt therapy techniques for students with Autism and moderate-to-low functioning levels
