A dynamic opportunity is available for a Skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support educational settings in and around Dover, DE. This position offers the chance to provide essential communication services to school-age students, enhancing their educational experiences and promoting speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in meetings to discuss student evaluations and therapy plans.
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver services efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Delaware.
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Willingness to travel between schools as needed.
