School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / CFY – Full-Time

Location: Dover, Delaware area
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment End Date: June 16, 2027
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Work Arrangement: Onsite only

We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Clinical Fellows (CFYs) to support students in a specialized school setting in the Dover area.

Position Details

• Provide speech and language services to students primarily in PreK and elementary grades

• Some placements may support students through age 22

• Work with students with a range of developmental and communication needs

• Caseload includes students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and moderate-to-severe support needs

• Develop and implement individualized speech-language interventions

• Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

Schedule

• 37.5 hours per week

• Full-time

Qualifications

• Active Delaware SLP license/eligibility required

• SLPs and CFYs welcome

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Experience working with students with autism or significant developmental disabilities is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
