Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY; must be eligible for (or hold) a Delaware state license
- Preferred experience with moderate to severe disabilities and/or working with ages 2-22
- Strong communication skills; collaborative, team-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through age 22
- Utilize technology and augmentative communication interventions
- Address articulation, social language, voice, feeding, and language delays
- Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing as needed, providing thorough, insightful reports
- Develop, implement, and maintain IEP objectives tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student progress and needs
