You'll work full-time—37.5 hours per week—delivering services to students from early childhood through age 22. This engaging and dynamic environment promises professional growth and ongoing learning every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy, including assistive technology, augmentative communication, social language, articulation, oral-motor, voice, feeding, and language delay support
- Perform diagnostic and evaluation testing and provide thorough assessment reports
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP objectives for a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and staff regarding student progress and support needs
- Support students with moderate to severe disabilities, demonstrating flexibility and resourcefulness
Required Qualifications:
- SLP or CFY eligible for Delaware licensure
- Previous experience with moderate to severe disabilities is a plus
- Strong communicator and effective team collaborator
- Ability to adapt, solve problems, and maintain a student-focused approach
