This is a full-time, school-based role with the opportunity to work on a single campus, delivering personalized speech and language services to a dedicated preschool caseload from now through the end of the academic year (June 19th). Qualifications & Preferred Background:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license in the state of New Jersey
  • Current CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience working in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • A passion for working with preschool-age children in an educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschoolers
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in partnership with teachers and families
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
  • Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and families to support students’ educational goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
