What You Bring:
- Current or pending SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status
- Pediatric experience, school-based or healthcare setting, preferred
- Teletherapy skills welcomed, as well as on-site adaptability
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to manage multiple caseloads and adjust to the needs of the school environment
- Passion for making a difference in children's communication, language, and learning
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain thorough documentation of student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families
- Offer both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
- Provide direct and consultative support to ensure student success
- Participate in professional development and team meetings
