School Speech and Language Pathologist | Dover, Pennsylvania

Exciting opportunities are available for dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about empowering students of all abilities. This contract role offers placements across three supportive locations, all within a collaborative and resource-rich environment.

Openings include:

• Elementary SLP: Focus on Autistic Support (Dover), no case management, caseload of 45, extensive use of AAC.
• Middle Grades SLP (4-8): Blend of regular education, learning support, life skills, and Autistic Support (New Oxford). Involves a mix of related services and case management.
• Complex Needs SLP: Serving a single site (York Learning Center), caseload of 45, significant AAC utilization, and robust team collaboration with OT, PT, and sensory specialists. No case management required.
• Secondary SLP: Flexible (part-time/full-time) at York Tech. Engage with high school students focusing on transition planning and life skills, caseload varies up to 55.

Key qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania SLP license with active PA Teaching Certificate
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow eligibility (CF supervision accepted; agency must provide required supervision support fee)
• Experience working with school-based populations, including students who require AAC
• Confidence collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
• SLPA credentials accepted, but must meet PA guidelines

Expect to work 35 weekly hours, onsite only, from August 2026 through May 2027.
