Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting students in a vibrant, collaborative school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. Multiple onsite SLP roles are available, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to make a real difference for students across various educational settings.

Opportunities are open for certified SLPs, including those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and Clinical Fellows (CFs). There are full-time and part-time openings across three unique settings:

  • Dover (Elementary): Work with an Autistic Support caseload (no case management), focus on AAC, 45 students.
  • New Oxford (Middle Grades 4–8): Diverse mix including regular education, learning support, life skills, and Autistic Support. Responsibilities include both mixed case management and related services.
  • York Learning Center: Support students with complex needs in one building, lots of AAC, no case management. Team-based collaboration with OT, PT, and sensory/support staff for a caseload of 45.
  • York Tech: Secondary (high school) role with a strong focus on transition planning and life skills. Flexible full-time (55 students) or part-time (30 students) options.

Key Qualifications:

  • Pennsylvania SLP and current teaching certificates required (submit with resume)
  • SLP-CCC or CF accepted; SLPAs considered (per PA guidelines)
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Commitment to onsite work only (no virtual options at this time)
  • Strong background in AAC a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy within school settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, and other specialists
  • Manage caseloads in accordance with students’ individualized needs
  • Contribute to IEP development and participate in school team meetings
