Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting early intervention and K-12 students in the greater Dover, PA area during the 2026/2027 school year. We are seeking multiple onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP – CCC, SLP – School) driven to make a difference. Positions focus on providing essential speech and language services within a vibrant educational setting.

Available Roles:

  • Elementary SLPs: Full-time, 35 hours/week (Monday-Friday, approx. 8:00 am–3:30 pm), serving caseloads of 50–55 students across two buildings. Includes both direct services and some case management.
  • Early Childhood SLP: Work with children ages 3–5 with special education needs, with dedicated weekly paperwork time to ensure quality support and compliance.
  • Elementary SLP/SLPA: 35-hour/week role (location to be determined) supporting elementary students throughout the school year.

Requirements:

  • Valid Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certificate are required at the time of application.
  • SLP – CCC or SLP – School credentials; Clinical Fellows may apply if a supervisor is arranged.
  • Experience serving school-based or early intervention caseloads is strongly desired.
  • Comfortable with both service delivery and case management tasks.
  • Passion for supporting students’ communication skills and collaborating with educational teams.
  • SLPAs are not accepted for these specific roles.
