Key Qualifications:

  • Active licensure or certification as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA eligible to provide services in school settings
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, specifically with early childhood and special education populations
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation requirements
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to in-person service delivery

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool children (ages 3-5) identified with special needs
  • Conduct evaluations and participate in developing individualized education plans in collaboration with other professionals
  • Deliver therapy in accordance with best practices and IEP goals
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation; benefit from weekly allotted paperwork time
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and strategies for at-home support
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings as needed
