This full-time, contract opportunity is focused on working with an elementary caseload in a collaborative school-based environment. You’ll utilize your expertise and passion for helping children overcome speech and language challenges to foster academic and personal growth.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license (state requirements must be met for assignment)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Familiarity with elementary school populations and IEP processes
  • Teletherapy experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of elementary-aged students, delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in line with students’ IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, families, and administrators to support student needs
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide teletherapy services, as needed, to ensure students continue receiving care in varying circumstances
