Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY qualifications accepted
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in PreK through 5th grade
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Deliver both direct and consultative therapy in individual and small group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and district standards
  • Address a range of speech, language, and communication challenges that impact academic success
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment

Position Details:

  • Contract assignment for the 2026-2027 school year
  • Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Start Date: August 22, 2026
  • End Date: June 6, 2027
