Key Qualifications:

  • Current SLPA license or eligibility to practice as an SLPA in Pennsylvania
  • Previous experience supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in school settings
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development, assessments, and interventions
  • Familiarity or experience with teletherapy platforms and practices
  • Comfort adapting to both in-person and remote service delivery as needed
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Must hold professionalism and confidentiality to high standards

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement therapy plans developed by the supervising SLP to address students’ individualized education goals
  • Conduct group and one-on-one speech-language sessions under supervision
  • Support with conducting informal assessments and gathering data on student progress
  • Utilize teletherapy tools and resources to reach students who require remote services
  • Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions, attendance, and progress
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and the SLP to foster student success and engagement
  • Participate in relevant trainings or meetings upon request
