Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for elementary students
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy aligned with individual needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and comply with reporting requirements
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional input on student progress
