Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Downingtown, PA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for elementary students
• Provide targeted speech and language therapy aligned with individual needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and comply with reporting requirements
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer professional input on student progress
