School Speech Language Pathologist - Dragoon, Arizona

This position is perfect for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), eager to make a difference across multiple campuses serving PreK through Grade 12 students. You’ll provide essential speech and language services for approximately 20 hours weekly, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the current school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Comfort working across grade levels, from PreK to high school.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in multiple school buildings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and document therapy sessions in accordance with district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process.
• Adapt services as needed for both in-person and potential virtual formats.
