School Speech Language Pathologist - Duarte, CA

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials
• Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, individualized treatment, and progress monitoring in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Offer both onsite and teletherapy interventions as needed
• Keep thorough, timely records of sessions, progress notes, and documentation for compliance
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and families to support generalization of skills
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and reviews
