What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field (for SLP roles)
• Current or eligible state licensure/certification as SLP or SLPA
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• SLP-CCC or progress toward certification is strongly desired
• Comfortable with onsite, remote, or hybrid service delivery models
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with school IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
• Document progress and maintain thorough records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings, delivering data-driven recommendations
• Utilize teletherapy technology, as needed, to ensure continuity of care
