Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure and certification as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, but open to motivated professionals eager to support K-12 populations
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, individualized education plans (IEPs), and evidence-based therapy approaches
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s strengths and goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adapting interventions to suit diverse learning needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and share professional recommendations with stakeholders
• Offer support and training to staff and families regarding communication disorders and therapy strategies
