Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain detailed documentation for student progress and compliance
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver both group and individual therapy sessions tailored to student needs
