Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Dublin, Ohio

Step into a dynamic and rewarding opportunity supporting K-8 students as an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. You'll work with a diverse caseload of 18 students, delivering a total of 2,700 therapy minutes per quarter, with a manageable schedule of up to 20 hours per week. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state SLP license and SLP-CCC certification
• Prior experience working with pediatric and school-age populations (K-8 strongly preferred)
• Background in managing caseloads and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Outstanding communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of evidence-based practices in a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-8
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
• Provide direct therapy services, meeting a quarterly therapy minute goal
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with school standards
• Collaborate actively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
