Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure to practice as a SLP
• Previous clinical or school-based experience supporting pediatric and school-aged populations
• Strong organizational skills to effectively track and document progress
• Excellent interpersonal communication for collaboration with educators, families, and related service providers

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs for K-8 learners
• Evaluate speech, language, communication, and social needs to tailor individualized intervention plans
• Complete thorough, accurate documentation and progress notes within expected timelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain a flexible, student-centered approach to therapy within the scheduled 20 hours per week
