Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (CCC required)
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings
- Experience or familiarity with healthcare-related SLP practices
- Commitment to supporting a range of learners across grades K-12
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload and time requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to partner with teachers, families, and other specialists
Role Expectations:
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services, totaling 7,160 minutes per quarter, across your assigned caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Prepare required documentation and reports in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
- Communicate regularly with students’ families and educational staff regarding goals and progress
