Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred, especially with pediatric populations
• Strong ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to students in grades K-12
• Manage a caseload of 38 students, tracking and fulfilling all service minutes each quarter
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and innovate interventions
• Complete comprehensive evaluations, progress notes, and all required documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal education guidelines
