Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license (CCC required)
  • Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings
  • Experience or familiarity with healthcare-related SLP practices
  • Commitment to supporting a range of learners across grades K-12
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage a caseload and time requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to partner with teachers, families, and other specialists

Role Expectations:

  • Deliver direct and indirect SLP services, totaling 7,160 minutes per quarter, across your assigned caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Prepare required documentation and reports in accordance with school and legal guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
  • Communicate regularly with students’ families and educational staff regarding goals and progress
