Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience in school-based settings highly preferred, especially with pediatric populations
- Strong ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to students in grades K-12
- Manage a caseload of 38 students, tracking and fulfilling all service minutes each quarter
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create and innovate interventions
- Complete comprehensive evaluations, progress notes, and all required documentation
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal education guidelines
