Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC)
  • Open to Speech-Language Pathologists with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience
  • Background in pediatric or school-based settings is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability and a student-centered mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat high school students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to individual IEPs
  • Work closely with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Offer direct and indirect services, including consultation, as appropriate
  • Engage in teletherapy sessions if preferred or as needed
