Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dublin, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Eligible for (or currently hold) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads preferred
• Background in teletherapy and supervision, including Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) support, highly valued
• Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate virtually and in person as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide 2-4 hours per week of supervision to SLPs and CFY candidates in a school setting
• Offer mentorship and feedback to clinicians, ensuring quality service delivery
• Support teletherapy and in-person therapy models as appropriate
• Maintain supervision records and complete required documentation
• Foster a collaborative, growth-minded environment for clinicians and students
