Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Georgia SLP license (or eligibility)
- Clinical Fellow (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed
- Relevant experience in schools, healthcare, pediatrics, or teletherapy
- Understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Solid communication and collaboration skills working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Technological proficiency for teletherapy roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech and language therapy for students in elementary, middle, and/or high schools
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records aligned with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to individualized education plans
- Deliver engaging therapy using evidence-based strategies in-person or via teletherapy platform
- Adapt interventions to a diverse caseload and range of communication disorders
