What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CFY candidates welcome)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in schools
- Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities
- Compassion, flexibility, and a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address students’ unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
- Deliver engaging interventions to support receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust approaches as needed
