Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Duluth, GA

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CFY candidates welcome)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in schools
• Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services
• Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities
• Compassion, flexibility, and a student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address students’ unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and legal guidelines
• Deliver engaging interventions to support receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust approaches as needed
