Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with common documentation systems and IEP processes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility for assignment to school site based on district needs
  • Commitment to working onsite for the full academic year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans to address a range of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input on student communication needs
