Key Qualifications:

  • Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • CCC certification or eligibility for CFY supervision
  • Experience or interest in working with pediatric and elementary school populations
  • Familiarity with AAC devices and behavioral strategies a plus, but not required
  • Teletherapy experience welcomed
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to an elementary student caseload
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ needs
  • Document student progress, maintain compliance, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Utilize AAC and other assistive technology or be willing to learn
  • Engage in ongoing professional development with access to a strong support network
