School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Dunnellon, Florida

In this role, you’ll provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and IEP development for private school students. Your specialized skills will help foster academic and social success in a warm, collaborative setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
• Previous experience within school settings preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations for students, ensuring timely and thorough documentation
• Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to deliver holistic services
• Provide direct and consultative therapy as needed
• Participate in meetings related to student progress, eligibility, and placement
• Maintain clear and organized records in alignment with school and legal requirements

Key Details:

• Contract position, 10–12 flexible hours per week
