Elementary 1:1 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Durham, North Carolina

What We're Looking For:

• Active licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with school-based caseloads, from elementary to high school
• Strong background in delivering 1:1 therapy as well as group sessions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Adaptability working with diverse student needs and collaborating with educational teams

As a valued member of the support staff, you will:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy sessions (individual and small group)
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
