Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Eagle Grove, Iowa

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license for Iowa or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CFY SLPs encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery models
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with a range of needs
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to student progress meetings
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with all administrative guidelines
• Offer support and training for staff and families to reinforce communication strategies
