Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Valid SLP licensure
- Experience working within elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students across various grade levels
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult regularly with educators and families regarding student progress and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate actively in meetings, professional development, and ongoing case management
