School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Easley, South Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred

• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable with maintaining accurate, timely documentation and reports
• Initiative, compassion, and adaptability in a school environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language or occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Assess, evaluate, and document student needs, progress, and outcomes
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to integrate interventions in daily classroom activities
• Support student access to the educational curriculum by recommending adaptive strategies and modifications
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and student support teams as required
• Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
