You’ll enjoy a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with school professionals to help each child reach their full potential.

Ideal candidates will offer:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (North Carolina or eligible for reciprocity)
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communicative Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatrics
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Skilled in evaluation, IEP development, documentation, and direct therapy
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech/language and communication assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Delivering direct therapy tailored to students’ unique needs (in-person and/or teletherapy)
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals for holistic support
  • Documenting progress and providing timely reports to stakeholders
  • Participating in meetings, professional development, and relevant trainings
