Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Hold or be eligible for state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children highly preferred
• Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and intervention skills across a diverse caseload
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services and consultation to students, teachers, and parents
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all assessments, services provided, and progress reporting in accordance with district and legal guidelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and well-being
• Offer professional development or resources to teachers and staff as needed
