As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll work alongside enthusiastic educators and supportive staff to help students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency issues across a range of grade levels
• Participate in evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments to help determine student needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all students
