Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency issues across a range of grade levels
- Participate in evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments to help determine student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all students
