Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current, valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Michigan (SLP-CFs are not eligible for this role)
- CCC certification required
- Prior experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy to K-4th grade students, addressing individual speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging interventions within individual and group settings
- Partner with educators and parents to foster communication skill development
- Maintain accurate records reflecting student progress and session notes
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and case conferences as appropriate
