In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, addressing the diverse needs of students across a range of age groups. The position spans the entire school year—providing continuity for students and stability for your schedule.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility at the start of the contract
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and progress documentation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough records and monitor progress toward IEP goals
  • Attend and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for every student
