Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in school settings valued
- Comfortable conducting therapy, evaluations, and student meetings both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP, eligibility, and parent meetings as required
- Maintain meticulous documentation for service delivery and progress monitoring
- Utilize VOCO and in-person methods to maximize student engagement and progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to provide education and support on communication strategies
- Adapt therapy interventions to meet a range of student needs and learning environments
