Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience in school settings valued
  • Comfortable conducting therapy, evaluations, and student meetings both onsite and via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Participate in IEP, eligibility, and parent meetings as required
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for service delivery and progress monitoring
  • Utilize VOCO and in-person methods to maximize student engagement and progress
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to provide education and support on communication strategies
  • Adapt therapy interventions to meet a range of student needs and learning environments
