This role covers the Extended School Year (ESY) program, running from June 22nd through July 24th. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, providing essential services to students who benefit from summer continuity in their education. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows seeking practical pediatric, school-based experience.

What You’ll Need:

  • Valid SLP license for the state of New Jersey
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
  • Comfort managing K-12 caseloads with varying communication needs
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group sessions
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Support IEP development and participate in meetings as needed
  • Adapt intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs across grade levels
