What we're seeking:
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Previous experience working in school settings or with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Desire to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to create positive outcomes for students
Role responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress, maintain records, and communicate results to families and staff
- Offer consultation and training to educational staff as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and student support initiatives
