Your experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist—whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow (CFY)—will be highly valued. Supervision and mentorship will be available for clinical fellows, ensuring a smooth and rewarding transition into your professional practice. Caseload specifics will be determined based on student needs, providing the chance to work with a dynamic K-12 population. A commitment to a full-time 40-hour schedule ensures you can make a meaningful difference every day.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current or pending state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC or CFY status (Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply)
- Experience, education, or strong interest in K-12 school settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and speech/language intervention strategies
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain compliance with district/state guidelines and IEP goals
