School Speech Language Pathologist - East Syracuse, New York

Your qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure in New York (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Prior experience or clinical rotations in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A commitment to supporting diverse student populations

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide direct diagnostic and therapeutic services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with multidisciplinary teams
• Complete assessments, progress notes, and documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with faculty, parents, and support staff to deliver holistic care
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions
