Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience within school-based or pediatric therapy settings
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging speech-language therapy both onsite and via teletherapy, targeting receptive/expressive language, articulation, social communication, and fluency
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance with school and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and teacher collaboration to optimize outcomes
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, staff, and families
