Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Valid state licensure, or eligibility for licensure, as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience within school-based or pediatric therapy settings
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting students’ academic and personal growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver engaging speech-language therapy both onsite and via teletherapy, targeting receptive/expressive language, articulation, social communication, and fluency
  • Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance with school and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and teacher collaboration to optimize outcomes
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for students, staff, and families
