Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | East Weymouth, Massachusetts

Make a meaningful impact every day working with elementary-aged students in a supportive school environment. As a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll engage with a diverse elementary caseload, helping students reach their communication goals through individualized therapy—both in person and virtually, as needed.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 6.5 hours per day, collaborating closely with staff, families, and administrators passionate about student success. Your skillset in pediatric speech therapy, including experience with AAC devices, will be highly valued as you design and deliver interventions that transform lives.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Licensure to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing AAC devices in therapy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in healthcare or as an SLPA is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students, both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
• Adapt therapy techniques using AAC devices and innovative strategies tailored to each student’s needs.
