Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - East Weymouth, Massachusetts

Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Consideration given to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
• Experience with pediatric and elementary caseloads
• Familiarity with teletherapy and comfort with technology integration
• Proficiency working with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is essential
• Background in school-based and/or healthcare SLP services
• Strong collaborative skills and a commitment to inclusive education

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
• Integrate AAC devices to support students’ communication goals
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and complete compliance paperwork
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student-centered planning
• Contribute to a positive school climate, supporting the development of each child’s abilities
