Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state SLP license or eligibility for certification
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students across grade levels
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with school and district policies
  • Engage in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Provide resources, strategies, and training for teachers and caregivers
  • Stay updated with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
