Speech Language Pathologist in Easton, MD

What We’re Seeking:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active Maryland SLP license (required)
• Experience delivering speech-language services in school settings preferred
• Familiarity with K–12 student populations and IEP processes
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and multiple student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among K–12 students
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs
• Maintain thorough records and timely progress reporting
• Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ academic and personal development
• Engage families in the intervention process and share progress updates
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Stay current with best practices in school-based SLP services
