Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • Previous experience in a school environment highly desirable
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention skills for a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborative spirit and effective communication with educators, parents, and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication impairments
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and monitor educational outcomes
  • Consult and collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and families to support student success
  • Offer guidance, resources, and strategies to classroom teachers and parents
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and related school activities
